Event Participation
Race entries are processed through a third-party registration platform and are subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions. By entering an event, you agree to abide by all race rules and instructions given by event organisers and marshals.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any entry, and to alter the course, date, or format of an event due to circumstances beyond their control.
Health and Safety
Participants enter all events at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit and healthy enough to take part. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before entering.
You must follow all safety instructions given by marshals and event officials. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw any participant from an event if they believe there is a safety concern.
Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during events and used on this website, social media, and promotional materials. By participating in an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to such images being used for these purposes.
If you wish to have an image of yourself removed, please contact us and we will do so promptly.
Race Results
Names of race winners and record holders are published on this website. Full race results, including your name and finishing time, are published by our timing partner, Event Chip Timing. If you wish to have your name removed from this website, please contact us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silsoe Stride and its organisers, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by any participant or spectator at our events, except where caused by our negligence.
